How does On Job Project Support work?

Step 1

Requirement Gathering (Technical Team)

Our core technical team directly reviews your application context, evaluates project requirements, maps out specific technical blockers, and structures the project alignment phase.

Step 2

Technical Analysis (Experts)

Senior engineers analyze your architecture, scope, risks, and required deliverables — producing a short technical assessment.

Step 3

Proposal & Payment Discussion

We share a recommended support plan (hours, milestones, pricing). Payment terms and invoicing options are agreed before kickoff.

Step 4

Agreement & Terms

Parties confirm the support terms, confidentiality, and delivery expectations. Signing or verbal acknowledgement is recorded.

Step 5

Kickoff & Ongoing Support

The assigned consultant starts work, with regular check-ins, progress reports, and a review cadence for continuous improvement.

Frequently Asked Questions

A: Our technical support operates through an agile, real-time one-on-one developer sync framework. Initially, we document your target organizational dimensions, automatic account posting matrices, document type definitions, and active transaction error log traces. Next, we pair you with a senior functional SAP procurement specialist who maps directly onto your active corporate work schedule—whether you are deploying configurations out of local tech centers like Hyderabad, Telangana (TG), Andhra Pradesh (AP), major Indian corporate cities, or tracking systems remotely from networks based across the USA, UK, or Europe. Support is securely managed via remote desktop share to modify configuration variables, analyze movement variances, correct validation rules criteria, and clear transaction roadblocks live.

A: This specialized technical support program is designed explicitly for SAP MM/Procurement Consultants, Source to Pay Architects, Inventory Managers, Purchasing Configuration Administrators, and functional leads responsible for configuring, auditing, and balancing automated logistics pipelines.

A: Yes. We run an international delivery grid to accommodate flexible operations. We completely cover the Indian IT landscape including Telangana (TG – Hyderabad, HITEC City, Gachibowli, Madhapur, Kondapur) and Andhra Pradesh (AP – Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada), plus core metro regions like Bengaluru (Bangalore), Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, and Delhi NCR. Globally, our remote architects align with corporate offices based across the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain.

A: Yes! Stock posting blockages (such as standard error message 'Account determination for entry failed') occur if your material valuation classes have not been mapped to corresponding G/L inventory lines inside transaction OBYC under specific transaction keys (like BSX or WRX parameters). We help you review your active mapping entries, adjust target inventory account properties, and release blocked material receipts smoothly.

A: Automatic invoicing blockages occur when price variances or quantity variances between the Purchase Order (PO), Goods Receipt (GR), and incoming supplier invoice exceed the strict tolerance limits defined within your configuration tables. We assist you in reviewing your active system tolerance parameters, auditing variance keys, and managing invoice verification overrides live.

A: Absolutely. Tracking volume variances due to unmatched quantity differences between Goods Receipts (GR) and Invoice Receipts (IR) blocks can cause severe ledger reconciliation loops. We guide you through running standard analysis diagnostics (T-code `MB5S`), deploying report clearing routines (transaction `MR11`), and restoring clean subledger balance consistency loops seamlessly.

A: Yes. Safety isolation and absolute enterprise environment data confidentiality are our absolute highest operational mandates. All shared method schemas, class configuration structures, transaction fields variables, and collaborative live streams remain entirely anonymous and strictly protected under premium privacy protocols.

A: Simply leave your deployment parameters on our site's registration card or message our team directly across our WhatsApp live chat portal. Share a brief context of your active integration blockade, and our coordinators will quickly configure a support slot matching your calendar boundaries.
