- Refund Policy: Strictly No Refund from the 40 Hours Plan onwards (including 40h, 50h, and 100h plans) once a dedicated senior trainer is assigned and calendar slots are locked.
- Project & Trainer Change Support: Available starting from the 20 Hours Plan onwards. If your project requirements shift, your tech stack changes, or you need a trainer reassignment, we provide a smooth transition at no extra cost.
- WhatsApp Group Chat with Trainer: Included from the 40 Hours Plan onwards. A dedicated WhatsApp group is created with your mentor and support coordinator for rapid daily query resolution and coordination.
- Plan Validity & Scheduling: All support hours must be utilized within the assigned validity period (1 Month for 10h, 2 Months for 20h, 3 Months for 40h, 4 Months for 50h, and 6 Months for 100h). Flexible 1-on-1 sessions can be booked across US, UK, Canada, Australia, and India working time zones.
- NDA & Confidentiality: All live screen-sharing sessions, codebase discussions, system architecture, and proprietary project materials are 100% confidential under strict non-disclosure terms with zero code retention.
