How does On Job Project Support work?

Step 1

Requirement Gathering (Technical Team)

Our core technical team directly reviews your application context, evaluates project requirements, maps out specific technical blockers, and structures the project alignment phase.

Step 2

Technical Analysis (Experts)

Senior engineers analyze your architecture, scope, risks, and required deliverables — producing a short technical assessment.

Step 3

Proposal & Payment Discussion

We share a recommended support plan (hours, milestones, pricing). Payment terms and invoicing options are agreed before kickoff.

Step 4

Agreement & Terms

Parties confirm the support terms, confidentiality, and delivery expectations. Signing or verbal acknowledgement is recorded.

Step 5

Kickoff & Ongoing Support

The assigned consultant starts work, with regular check-ins, progress reports, and a review cadence for continuous improvement.

Frequently Asked Questions

A: Our technical support operates through an agile, real-time one-on-one developer sync framework. Initially, we document your target transportation networks, freight agreement structures, carrier profiles, and active document synchronization logs. Next, we pair you with a senior functional SAP TM integration specialist who coordinates directly with your professional work shift—whether you are working out of local tech centers like Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or major Indian corporate cities, or tracking configurations remotely from networks based across the USA, UK, or Europe. Support is securely managed via remote desktop share to evaluate transportation cockpit metrics, modify configuration variables, analyze freight unit building rules, and clear integration roadblocks live.

A: This specialized technical support program is designed explicitly for SAP TM Functional Consultants, S/4HANA Logistics Execution Experts, Freight Settlement Specialists, Supply Chain Architects, Transportation Planners, and cross-functional teams responsible for configuring, auditing, and managing enterprise shipping operations.

A: Yes. We run an international delivery grid to accommodate flexible operations. We completely cover the Indian IT landscape including Telangana (TG – Hyderabad, HITEC City), Karnataka (Bengaluru), Tamil Nadu (Chennai), Pune, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, and Kolkata. Globally, our remote architects align with corporate offices based across the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain.

A: Freight unit building failures usually occur if the Freight Unit Building Rule (FUBR) conditions lack proper mapping to the forwarding order type items or if transportation relevance settings are missed in Customizing. We sit down with you live to evaluate selection profiles, trace system logs, and enforce accurate freight unit generation rules live.

A: Carrier selection rejections typically signify that active carrier evaluation profiles, ranking parameters, or transportation allocation rules restrict eligible service providers, or that forwarding order data lacks mandatory source/destination location entries. We help you live to inspect optimizer profiles, trace constraint parameters, and restore optimal carrier allocation smoothly.

A: Absolutely. Aligning complex rate tables, calculation sheets, and scale bases requires mapping specific agreement determination rules and validity parameters. We guide you through creating error-free pricing structures, validating charge calculation logs, and enabling compliant settlement paths flawlessly.

A: Yes. Security isolation and absolute enterprise database layer confidentiality are our absolute highest operational mandates. All shared mapping models, rate tables, data tracking logs, and collaborative remote live streams remain completely anonymous and strictly protected under premium privacy protocols.

A: Simply leave your deployment properties on our site's registration card or message our coordinators directly over our WhatsApp live chat portal. Share a brief log context of your active functional error or configuration bottleneck, and our team will quickly allocate a virtual support slot matching your calendar requirements.
