Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Lakdikapul, Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Business Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and achieve business objectives.

2. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients. Analyze competitor landscapes to stay ahead in the market.

3. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.

4. Lead Generation: Implement effective lead generation strategies, including cold calling, networking, and leveraging digital channels to identify and qualify potential business opportunities.

5. Proposal Development: Collaborate with the internal team to create compelling and customized proposals that address client needs and showcase the unique value proposition of Elegance Global IT Services.

6. Negotiation and Closure: Lead negotiations, address client concerns, and work towards successful deal closures. Ensure contracts are aligned with organizational objectives and policies.

7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and project management, to ensure seamless client onboarding and project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in business development, with a focus on IT services and solutions.
• Strong understanding of the IT industry, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
