Position: HR Manager

Location: Lakdikapul, Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, attracting top-tier talent aligned with the company's strategic goals.

2. Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by managing employee relations, addressing concerns, and promoting open communication.

3. Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and employee development.

4. Training and Development: Identify training needs, design development programs, and facilitate learning opportunities to enhance the skills of our workforce.

5. HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

6. Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring competitive offerings and a high level of employee satisfaction.

7. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the IT services or technology industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and industry trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
