Position: Recruiter

Location: Lakdikapul, Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to actively source and identify qualified candidates.

2. Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and evaluations to ensure alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.

3. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

4. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, provide regular updates, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

5. Employer Branding: Contribute to building and enhancing the employer brand through effective communication and a positive candidate experience.

6. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant databases.

7. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide insights for effective talent acquisition strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the IT services or technology industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing techniques, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
